Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days provided the items have not been washed or used and are in their original packaging. Please return your products to the address below by post only. Returns to a relay point are not accepted .

Do not forget to contact our customer service by email support@suuupply.com and include your tracking number to ensure your refund is processed as soon as possible.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

For any size change request, contact us on echanges@suuupply.com indicating the products to be exchanged, the new sizes desired and the tracking number for your return. Upon receipt of your return package, we will take care of sending you a new order at our expense.
